Finally landed in dc & so glad to be home. Waiting for my luggage with a bunch of other poor saps. Looking forward to my bed.
It’s an old-ass jet w/leather seats & they wouldn’t let us bring our carry-ons on board. Wat?
Flight to dc was cancelled, just (gently) bullied my way on to the last plane going home tonite.

Holy crap im on the plane. Now it just has to take off, fly 4.5 hrs and land safely & i’ll be where I was sposed to be monday afternoon!

Been in line for an hour and a half now & the people behind me have crawled right up my ass. Srsly lady I promise I won’t hold you up.
The saga continues. 2 flights cancelled today, rescheduled for 11ish tomorrow. We’ll see if I get there…
Flight cancelled. Now flying to dallas @ 525pm, then to seattle arriving 11ish. Except- snowing in chi now & snow coming to seattle tonite

Flying at xmas sucks ass. First flight delayed, made me miss second flight, now stuck in chicago until 4pm tomorrow. It’s 4 degrees here!

sitting here wondering why my abs, arms and back feel so sore considering i’ve done naught more strenuous than cuddle cats and snooze on the couch for the last 48ish hours, i turned to the googles and found:
